The terms and conditions detailed below (hereinafter referred as "General Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website MYCAMERAZONE (hereinafter referred as "Customer") and MYCAMERAZONE commercial sign.
These terms and conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, unless prior written consent.
?MYCAMERAZONE may occasionally modify some of these conditions, it’s therefore necessary that they’d be reread before each visit or order on the website MYCAMERAZONE (hereinafter referred as "The Site"). These changes are effective from the moment they’re online and cannot be applied to previous contracts. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the purchasing date. We consider that by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our terms and conditions after reading them. By accessing the Site, you agree to respect the Terms and Conditions of Use on it.

?Entry into force
These terms and conditions come into force on the date of signing the purchase order. These conditions are concluded for the time necessary for the provision of goods and services purchased, until the expiration of the guarantees owed by the company MYCAMERAZONE.


?General
We are a positive and friendly team, based in Singapore. We sell either products we have in stock or products immediately available from our various suppliers. All our products are carefully selected and controlled to give you total satisfaction.


?Taxes
We export our products, our prices are without VAT. All the products are shipped from the United Kingdom. No tax will therefore be required by the shipping company for delivery to the European Community or after the delivery. Our Singapore exporter company MYCAMERAZONE is not subject to VAT, we're not able to provide an Including Taxes invoice. Depending on the purchaser's country of residence, this purchaser will have to comply with the taxes legislation (VAT and Custom duties) with the local taxes and customs authority.


?Emails
In an effort to always satisfy you, we strive to answer every email within a maximum of 24 hours. We are available and responsive, and we will be pleased to find some solutions to each situation to meet your needs.
Please check your spam box especially for the following inboxes: GMX, AOL, WEB.de, Freenet, Hotmail, Thunderbird, Gmail. All our emails are sent to the address registered when you created your account on our website MYCAMERAZONE.


?Price
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€) and the shipping fees are included. The total amount is shown to the customer at the end of the order process, in addition to the selected products price, before confirmation of acceptance. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time but we are committed to applying the prices showed on the website at the time of your order. ??No discount will be offered if in the meantime the price of the product would lower. If an item is sold with a wrong price because of an entering error that the customer could not ignore in good faith, we reserve the right under the law to cancel the order and refund the customer. We will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be able, if you wish, to make your order again with the correct and exact price.


?Payment
By credit card: you will be redirected to our payment area that is 100% secured with the SSL protocol of our banking partner HiPay. The payment is approved by the bank system Visa/MasterCard 3D Secure that protects and get the transaction stronger to protect you against fraud. Check with your bank manager to set up the "3D Secure" system, if it’s not already done. Please note that the following details: the credit card number, the expiration date and the card holder’s name will never be given to us. ??The user also has the possibility to pay the amount of the order by bank transfer to our account in Europe. Transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.


?Descriptive
We really pay attention to describe the information very accurately on each of our products, however they are given on an indicative basis and we are always available for any clarification about the details of each product. Pictures are not contractual.
Our products are direct imports from Asia, the package contents don’t necessarily include a manual in English, but we systematically provide (except omissions, please contact us) a paper version of the English documentation, and a link to download this English manual in .PDF format.
Please note that all packages are opened before shipping to check the language of the menu, to check that the product is new and also to include a European plug adapter.


?Availability
You will notice that we will honor your order within the limits of our available stocks. Our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. In the case of your product is not available in our stock, we will then contact you by email within 15 days from the date you made your order to tell you how soon this product could be delivered to you. It is also possible to cancel the order and give you a refund within 3 to 4 days after the date of cancellation of your order.


?Delivery
The shipping is free for all orders for a delivery in the European Union.
The products are delivered to the address given by the user on the order form.
We’ll regularly keep the customer informed about the progress of payment and delivery. For overseas territories and areas outside the European Union, please contact us. ?We’re asking for a signature to deliver the product. You’ll receive a tracking order when the carrier gets the package.??You’re not home the day of the delivery
Depending on the case, the carrier may leave a notice in the customer mailbox, asking it to contact the carrier or the nearest home depot. This situation is usually indicated on the carrier’s company website. Sometimes it happens that the customer does not find the notice, then it’s its responsibility to track the package online to be informed of the situation as soon as possible.


?Strikes or situation of force majeure
MYCAMERAZONE makes every effort to meet all its commitments such as the delivery time mentioned on the site. Nevertheless, we cannot be held responsible for any strikes of the carrier or any other exceptional event slowing the packages delivery. ??In case of non receipt of a package within the time announced, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or return can be made. At the end of this investigation, and if it indicates a failure of the carrier's service, the customer will be refunded or the product will be returned, according to the customer’s will.


When you receive your package, please check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and tell us on the delivery form with handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, about any anomaly concerning them.?? In case of lost/theft during delivery


If the package was lost by the carrier or if the product was stolen during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will send you the information you need about the product so you can file a complaint against the carrier at the nearest Police station. Then you can simply send us a copy of the statement that would have been given to you, with a copy of your ID. Please report a claim to the carrier too, and keep your tracking number to facilitate the procedure.


We'll be able to give you a full refund only when we get all those documents. Unfortunately, we will not send a new package in case of a theft during delivery, because we prefer to wait for the end of the investigation by the carrier, which may take several months.


?Property reserve
The company MYCAMERAZONE is still owner of the goods delivered until full payment by the customer. At the delivery, the risk of loss or damage of the goods subject to retention of property and the damage these goods could cause will be transferred to the customer.??


?Warranty and return
a) All the products we sell are imported for Europe and manufacturer's warranty is not available.
For this reason Prokaptur.com provides a 2 Years Seller's Warranty on all products sold within the European Region, with the exclusion of:

- Sport Cameras
- Mobile Phones
- Tablets
- Gimbals

For these products, MYCAMERAZONE provide a 1 Year Seller’s Warranty


Our Warranty covers the product against all manufacturers' defects for the above mentioned period, starting from Invoice Date. When discovering a product fault or malfunctioning, you have to contact us and send back the product for repair. Through our authorized service points we will repair the product, covering the costs for labour and parts and then send the repaired product back to you.

For the return management, we work with an Official Repair Center based in France to offer you a better proximity.

All returns without our permission is forbidden, logistics fees can be charged.

To manage a warranty return, you just have to contact at contact@mycamerazone.com

Any transport cost for shipping the defective item from customer's location to our designated european repair address is for customer's account only.

Any transport cost for shipping back the repaired item from the repair centre to customer's location are for MYCAMERAZONE’s account only.

Please note that our warranty is not transferable to third parties.

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal Wear and Tear.

- Any Damage caused by impact, shock, fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding, winds, earthquakes, lightning or other adverse weather conditions.

- Any accidental or malicious damage.

- Cleaning (dust, etc…)

- Any damage due to exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal environment conditions.

- Improper usage, storage or handling of the product.

- Any damage due to operating the product with wrong or irregular voltage supply.

- Any breach of the terms and conditions of this warranty or the contract terms.

- Failure to follow our written instructions for the product, or those of the manufacturer’s.

- Damage or defect due to willful neglect or negligence by anyone other than us.

- Loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items (such as consumables) that are neither made nor recommended by the manufacturer.

- Damage or defect arising from modification of the product and/or its software/firmware, by someone other than our representatives.

- The product serial number removed, made illegible or tampered.

- Any damage or defect which may arise from connecting the product with other fittings, accessories, equipment or software which were not approved by the manufacturer.

- External causes out of our control which may include accidents, fire disasters or burglaries.

- Repair or cleaning of the product carried out using improper tools or procedures.

- Any defect arising from attempt of product case opening for self-repair.

- Loss or damage of data.
 
- Attaching the product to a network not approved by us, or if you have made changes to your operating or network system.

- Damaged Display on Screen (LCD) due to improper usage ( lines etc…)

- Damages due to improper packing during shipment to service center or service agent.

- Damages arising from use of waterproof cameras / waterproof cases at dephts exceeding recommended dephts.


In the case of an unsupported warranty, an estimate will be established. In case of a refusal, a charge of 39 € will be requested to cover the cost of diagnosis and transport. Upon receipt of the fees payment, we will return the product in the same condition.

When a product is returned we will make our best to ensure product safety while it is in our possession. As a general rule though please always REMOVE any digital memory card or other recordable media accessory, since we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data whatsoever and will not pay any compensation for the loss of a particular item. As a matter of fact You should retain any accessory which is not required for the repair.


b) You have up to 14 days to return the product in its original condition.
You must return it to us at our head office in Singapore. Please let us know by sending an email. It is necessary that the product has not been used or shows signs of use, whether physical or inside the product. Products must be returned in their original condition: new, with all accessories and protective films for another use of the product as a new one. When we get the receipt and after verification of your return, you will be refunded. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the return will be refused. You’ll then have to pay the delivery fees.
About accessories such as batteries, filters, memory cards, etc. If the package has been opened, we will not make either a refund or an exchange.


If you notice a malfunction or failure within 14 days after delivery, you can return the product for free under the same conditions that in paragraph "b)". The product must be returned in the same condition as the ones at the reception. The product, accessories and package must be intact. Otherwise, we will not proceed to an exchange/refund but our After-Sales service will take care of the problem. If the origin of the fault happens to be a mishandling, impact or contact with water, we’ll send you an estimate to repair the product or we will return it to you in the same condition, plus a 35 € fee to cover the diagnosis and transportation costs.


If in a case of a return made within 14 days, the product shows signs of inappropriate uses, impact or damage, or if some accessories that came with the device are missing, we will not proceed to an exchange. We will do the repair with our After-Sales service and it will be returned in the same condition as explained in the paragraph "a)." ?If you want to cancel the sale, while the package is already being shipped but not yet delivered, the cancellation fees and the return charges will be deducted from the refund of your purchase.


?Personal data protection
The information you provided is essential for processing and delivering of the orders, preparing invoices and warranty contracts, their absence leads therefore to the cancellation of your order. By registering on our site MYCAMERAZONE, you agree to give us sincere and true information about yourself. Communicating false information is contrary to these terms and conditions of use on the Site. By doing this you authorize MYCAMERAZONE to collect, process and use your information.


Of course you have a permanent right to access and rectify all your data in accordance with European texts and national laws (Article 34 of the Law of 6 January 1978). You can at any time send a request to MYCAMERAZONE to know what information we have about you, and you can change the data in your good-will.


If you accepted when you registered on the website, promotional emails offering you the very new products, destockings, exclusivities, good deals, or just to inform you about the actuality, will be sent to you. You can request not to receive these emails anymore at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose and inserted in the footer of each email you will receive or by visiting our client area on the section "Personal Information".
